Guests staying at any of our properties at Parkside Apartments can rest assured they will continue to enjoy a comfortable experience with us. The Government had announced Stage 2 self-isolation measures; at Parkside we do NOT have gyms, pools, restaurants or bars in any of our properties.
Our apartments are cleaned and left vacant for 7 days between guests.
Parkside Apartments offers a variety of fully self-contained apartments, all with full kitchens and laundry facilities. Wi-Fi internet access.
Our spacious apartments are well located on the fringe of Parramatta’s CBD. We are 40 minutes from Sydney’s Kingsford Smith Airport and 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD.
We’re here to help if you’re required to
self-isolate for any length of time.
During your stay, we ask all guests to follow the latest recommendations from the Australian Government Department of Health’s website with regards to self-isolation within hotels.
Whilst in isolation at Parkside Apartments, we have implemented additional safety policies that you will be required to follow:
- You are required to wear a surgical face mask before arriving at Parkside Apartments and at all times you move throughout public areas of the apartments during your stay. This is not required when you are within your private apartment.
- Housekeeping are not permitted to enter your apartment, but during your stay if you require any additional bed linen, we have implemented a ‘Drop at the Door’ procedure where we will place requested items outside your door.
- For food, you can use your own kitchen to cook your own.
- Guests have access to a variety of delivery services like Deliveroo, Marley Spoon, UberEATS, Youfoodz or HelloFresh. personnel will follow our ‘‘Drop at the Door’ procedure.
